The following Resort Rules and Regulations have been designed for your safety and comfort. Observing these rules will assist greatly in making your stay and your fellow guests stay more enjoyable. If you are unable to follow our Resort rules, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

Thank you for your interest in our Resort. Here are some guidelines for your upcoming stay:

CHECK OUT: 11AM
Governing Laws: All guests must comply with all federal, state and local laws.
Release of Liability: All visitor/guest use of our Resort facilities is at their own risk and liability. In granting permission to enter and use the area and facilities, Rollins Lakeside Resort is not responsible for injury, theft, loss or damage. By entering the Resort, all visitors agree to hold Rollins Lakeside Resort harmless from any claim, demand or liability.
➢PLEASE NOTE: Cabin numbers have changed.
Cabins 1-5 are on the RIGHT, on the top row, Cabins 6-8 are on the LEFT, on the bottom row
➢ Tour Appointments: We ask that you check-in @ the Front Office 10 minutes early for your Tour Appointment, as there are other scheduled appointments before & after you. Both husband & wife/significant other must attend your tour appointment together. Tour is located at the Front Office. Tour is 45-60 min.
➢ Parking: ONE vehicle per cabin is permitted inside the resort. Please park in the space to the LEFT of your cabin. No parking is allowed outside of those spaces, as per our Fire Department safety guidelines.
➢ Towels: Room towels ($10 replacement fee if missing) are for bathroom use only. Please do not use on your pet. POOL towels ($25 replacement fee if missing) may not be taken to the LAKE. Please bring extra towels, should you wish to have fresh daily.
➢ Pets: Please accompany your pet at all times. No cats please. Clean paws prior to entering the cabin. Do not leave the dog inside the cabin unattended. Always leash your dog and pick up after them. Dogs are not permitted in the pool or Communal area. Please wash your dog OUTSIDE the cabin. There are towels in the black Borrowed Bin, at the end of the top row.
PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR PET ON THE FURNITURE OR BED WITHOUT COVERING WITH YOUR OWN BLANKET.
➢ Wifi & TV: BYOP= Bring your own password for the smart TV. We have fast WIFI.
➢ Parties: Quiet time: 10pm. NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI, this will result in a gazillion dollar fee. 😉
➢ Outside Guests: Prior approval is required, please.
➢ Smoking: Please no smoking or vaping in or near the Cabins; $250 fine
➢ Septic: Please only flush human waste; Any blocking of the plumbing due to anything else will incur a fee for the plumber.
➢ Disclaimer: Hosts are not responsible for weather, air quality, lake level/condition/access, acts of nature, power outages, noise, critters, bugs, or items left behind in the unit.
➢Fires Allowed: Positively NO open ground fires are permitted anywhere in the recreation areas or on shorelines. Fires are ONLY permitted in established BBQ pits, seasonally. Any person who allows a campfire to escape from the container is liable for any damages of property caused by the fire. These may include fire suppression, rescue and emergency medical services costs incurred in fighting the fire. Fire restrictions may be imposed at any time due to hot, dry weather conditions, at which time campfires and charcoal fires will not be allowed. If you are caught with a campfire during a burn ban, you will be fined $250.00, you will be asked to leave immediately, and you will not be able to stay in the future. The ban is in place for everyone's safety. Please follow this rule.
➢Trash: Please keep a clean Cabin site. Dispose of all trash in designated containers.
➢Behavior: Behavior offensive to the public, including but not limited to drunkenness, use of narcotics or marijuana, indulging in boisterous, loud, abusive, threatening or indecent conduct or speech is prohibited. Consumption of any substance by persons under 21 years of age is illegal and constitutes grounds of eviction. No refunds will be given.
➢Signage: Traffic signs governing speed and parking must be obeyed at all times. Vehicles must stay on designated roads. Vehicles must be licensed. No dirt bikes, mini bikes, OHV, ATV, quads or golf carts are allowed to be operated in the campground.
➢Respect of Property/Grounds/Amenities: It is illegal to destroy, damage or deface any buildings, signs, fences, equipment, trees etc. No cutting or removal of trees, plants or rocks is permitted. Do NOT remove picnic tables, fire rings or BBQ’s from Resort, picnic, beach or store areas. This is theft. Violators of any of these offences will be prosecuted.
➢Firearms/Guns Prohibited: No fireworks or firearms are permitted at any time. This includes BB guns, air soft guns, pellet guns, slingshots, paint ball guns and bows and arrows.
➢Other Prohibited Activities: Hunting, metal detecting and drone flyovers are prohibited throughout Rollins Lake recreation areas, lands and reservoirs.
➢Lifeguards: There are NO LIFEGUARDS on duty, all swimmers do so at their own risk. Parents must supervise children at all times. No glass containers are permitted on the beach or pool.
➢Diving/Swinging Prohibited: No diving is permitted in lake or pool. This includes any diving from trees, docks, rocks or cliff areas and POOL. No rope swings or any object tied to trees is permitted.
➢Boats: We do not accommodate boats, trailers, or camper trailers at the Resort Cabins, there is NO turnaround. We do not have a boat launch. PLEASE LET YOUR BOOKING AGENT KNOW IF YOU PLAN TO BRING A BOAT and you will be given instruction on where or if you may launch it.
*** LAKE ACCESS: Our lake access is your gym workout. It is a steep hill, not appropriate for elderly or young children.
➢Regulation/Law Compliance: All Watercraft Operators must comply with all state and local boating regulations and laws. Boating is permitted at your own risk. Always know what type of boat or watercraft is allowed in the lakes or reservoirs you are at. Watercraft Owners or Operators are responsible for damages or injury to watercraft, persons, vehicles or structures. Use of the launching ramp, docks and watercraft are at your own risk. No overnight boat camping is permitted on our lakes or reservoirs.
➢Fishing: While fishing all federal, state and local laws apply.
➢Refusal of Service: Management reserves the right to refuse service and revoke all privileges pertaining to entry for any reason of misconduct, or any violation of the rules that are listed within these Rules and Regulations or that are posted within the Resort. Refunds will not be given to persons who are asked to leave the Resort for not following our Rules and Regulations.
