Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Quiet Time is 10 PM
Yes, pets are allowed. Please note that there is a $25 cleaning fee per pet.
In case of an emergency, call 911 first, then contact the Front Desk or the on-site Manager for assistance.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited in or near the cabins, with a fine of $250 for violations. If parties are approved, glitter or confetti are prohibited.
The resort does not accommodate boats, trailers, or camper trailers. If you plan to bring a boat, please inform your booking agent for further instructions on launch locations.
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made within 48 hours of booking. If canceled 31+ days before check-in but not within 48 hours, you will incur $100 cancelation fee. If canceled 30-15 days before check-in, customer will pay 50% for all nights. If canceled 14 days or less, customer will pay 100% for all nights.
