Do I have to purchase anything?

No purchase necessary to receive future stay voucher. 

Is the cabin stay really free?

Yes. The voucher covers your stay. You only pay a cleaning fee when redeemed.

Is this a timeshare?

No Rollins Lakeside Resort is a club membership similar to a boat club, golf membership or gym.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed. Please note that there is a $50 cleaning fee per stay, per pet.  Maximum of two pets per stay. If you have more than two pets please contact management for permission to bring.

Cabins 1, 8 & 9 are pet free cabins for those allergic to pets.
